 OFFICIAL RULES

  1. General. Before entering the Get A Dip, Give A Dip Giveaway (the “Competition”), each entrant (“Entrant”) must review the following official rules (the “Official Rules”). By entering the Competition, Entrants accept and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and further agree to accept the decisions of the sponsor (as hereinafter defined) as final and binding in all respects.

  2. Sponsor. The sponsor of this promotion is Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc., a New York cooperative corporation, with a principal place of business at 368 Pleasant View Dr., Lancaster, NY  14086 (the “Sponsor”).

  3. Competition; How to Enter. The Sponsor invites you to enter the Competition by following the Sponsor’s official Bison Foods Facebook and/or Instagram page and tagging a friend in the comments (each such qualifying submission an “Entry”). All Entries must be submitted on or before 12:00 a.m. on November 14th, 2022 (the “Entry Deadline”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win and a purchase will not affect your odds of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to the Entry Deadline. Entries submitted in violation of the Official Rules or subsequent to the Submission Deadline shall be void. The Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate an Entry for any reason or for no reason, including, without limitation, in the event an entry includes profanity or content deemed by the Sponsor to be inappropriate. 

  4. Prize Winners. The Competition will have 3 sets of winners the Entrant Winner (the “Entrant Winner”) and their Tagged Friend from the Entrant Winner’s Entry comment (the “Tagged Friend”). The Entrant Winners and the Tagged Friends shall be selected from all eligible Entries by the Sponsor. The Entrant Winners shall receive one (1) Bison Foods Free Product Coupon. The Tagged Friends shall receive one (1) Bison Foods Free Product Coupon1.

  5. Prize Announcement and Delivery. Each Prize Winner will be contacted by the official Bison Foods Facebook and/or Instagram page of the Sponsor on November 15th, 2022. The Sponsor will follow up with the Prize Winners through the social media account used for submission of his or her Entry only for the purpose of obtaining contact information and an address where to mail the applicable Prize. 

  6. Prizes Rules.  All prizes are non-transferable, and the winners of such prizes have no right of substitution (in cash or otherwise).  All prizes will be shipped to the applicable Prize Winners on or before November 18th, 2022 to the Prize Winner’s address provided pursuant to Section 5. Should a Prize Winner fail to provide the Sponsor with a physical mailing address within ten (10) days of receipt of a request from the Sponsor, the Prize Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize. The risk of loss of any prize is passed to the Prize Winner upon shipment, and the Sponsor is not responsible for any Prize that is lost in transit.

  7. Eligibility. The Competition is a trade promotion sweepstakes. Eligibility is limited to persons who are legal residents of the United States or its territories and possessions and are either (i) at least eighteen (18) years of age; or (ii) at least thirteen (13) years of age (the “Minor Entrant”) and a parent or legal guardian of the Minor Entrant will provide a written statement consenting to these Official Rules of the Competition on behalf of the Minor Entrant in a form acceptable to the Sponsor. Only one (1) Entry per Entrant is permitted. The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, and the subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the Competition. 

  8. Additional Conditions of Participation. By entering the Competition, each Entrant agrees: (i) to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (ii) consents and authorizes the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, and the subsidiaries, to the use of Entrant’s name, image, voice, likeness, and city and state of residence by any means now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, films, tapes, and/or photographs, without compensation, in any publicity or advertising carried out worldwide in any medium now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, print, electronic, and digital, by the Sponsor without limitation or further notification to the Entrant, and without providing compensation or intellectual property rights to the Entrant, except where prohibited.

  9. Release. By entering the Competition, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, each Prize supplier, all agents or representatives of the foregoing, including, without limitation, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, obligations, losses, damages or injuries (including death) whatsoever arising with respect to the Competition or the awarding, receipt, possession and use or misuse of any Prize, or any violation of any personal proprietary right based on or relating to the use of images or recording of Entrant, Entrant’s likeness or Entrant’s name, including, without limitation, claims for slander, libel, or invasion of the right of privacy, publicity or personality.
