Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bison Cottage Cheese
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup grapes, sliced in half
  • 1 cup walnuts, shelled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 2 cups apple, diced
  • 3/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1 tsp chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Mix chicken, Bison Cottage Cheese, celery, grapes, walnuts, apple, and raisins in a large bowl.

  • Step 2

    Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with chives. Put over salads, in wraps, or on sandwiches, and enjoy!
