  • 1 cup Bison Sour Cream
  • 24 oz ground sausage, cooked
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 16 oz mushrooms, chopped

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    Mix eggs, Bison Sour Cream, and cheese.

  • Step 3

    Stir in sausage and veggies. Pour into baking dish.

  • Step 4

    Bake until cooked through, about 30-45 minutes. Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!
